Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on food items unless they are:
- Damaged on arrival
- Incorrect (not what you ordered)
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and, where possible, photographic evidence.
In line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.
If your order does not meet these standards, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. We always aim to handle any issues fairly, quickly, and reasonably.
